Maggie Beer, one of Australia’s most loved cooks, cookbook authors and television presenters has selected Fisher & Paykel kitchen appliances for her South Australian beach house.

When Maggie decided to renovate her holiday home’s kitchen she deliberately sought out the Fisher & Paykel appliances she had admired at the 2008 Fisher & Paykel Ironside launch event. The Sydney event featured a 12 metre shipping container which was architecturally designed to accommodate two kitchens showcasing Fisher & Paykel’s premium appliances.

Maggie was looking for high-performance appliances that would integrate seamlessly into the sleek and simple lines of her new kitchen.

At the heart of Maggie’s new kitchen is the oversized OB76 Paris pyrolytic oven. This self-cleaning oven is perfect for the enthusiastic entertainer with its generous interior and multi-function settings.

Maggie cooks with gas on the hard-wearing Titan Cooktop. Above sits the intelligent Izona VentSurface its unique intuitive steam sensor extraction system automatically senses and activates to extract smoke and steam. A spacious flat door Ice and Water Refrigerator coordinates perfectly, and allows Maggie plenty of room for housing prepared delights when entertaining guests.

When the meal ends the double DishDrawer® is perfect for small groups or large, with the option of running a wash cycle in one drawer or two.
