Tom & Mary Berry have integrated Fisher & Paykel's premium cooking appliances into their home at Lorne, Victoria. With sprawling ocean views, Tom and Mary have successfully created a dream designer kitchen to suit their busy lifestyle entertaining friends and family.
Innovation was a key to the kitchen design brief. The Berry's direction to their architect was clear: integrate into the design a selection of Fisher & Paykel's modern, ecologically sound appliances including some of its stand-out IZONA range.
Showcasing three Izona CoolDrawers, with one drawer strategically positioned for easy access in the dining area was a design statement in itself. "Placing the CoolDrawer in the entertaining area of the house has been a great decision" said Tom. "Needless to say our friends are "wowed" every time we offer them a drink as we have easy access to a "hidden bar" which has been cleverly integrated into the walnut cabinetry."
The kitchen also features two induction cooktops placed side-by-side to optimize cooking space plus an oversized OB76 wall oven to make catering for dinner parties a breeze. "Integration and clever positioning of the appliances meet our design brief perfectly, we couldn't be happier."
